Nick Günther

Nick Günther has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple roles and industries. Nick started their career at Barmer Ersatzkasse in 1993 as a Specialist for Social Insurance until 1995. Nick then joined Sparkasse Hannover in 1999 as a Customer Advisor for Financial Services, and later transitioned into the roles of Training Officer and Specialist and Team Leader for Payroll, from 1999 to 2012. In 2013, Nick joined SoCura as the Head of Personnel Services until 2015. Finally, they joined TUI in 2015, where they held various leadership positions including Head of Payroll from 2015 to 2017, Head of People Services from 2017 to 2018, and currently serves as the Head of HR Systems & People Analytics.

Nick Günther has a Bachelor of Laws - LLB in Wirtschaftsrecht from Hamburger Fern-Hochschule, obtained in 2018. Prior to that, they received a Bankbetriebswirt degree in Bank- und Finanzdienstleistungen from Sparkassenakademie, from 1995 to 1999. Nick also holds a Sozialversicherungsfachangestellter degree from Barmer Ersatzkasse, earned from 1990 to 1993. Additionally, Nick obtained a certification in "Ein agiles Mindset entwickeln" from LinkedIn in 2022.
