Emanuel Santos

Emanuel Santos is an experienced IT Business Analyst currently employed at TUI since July 2023. Prior to this role, Emanuel worked as a Support Manager at BRAINR from December 2021 to July 2023, where key responsibilities included coordinating customer support, developing policies, training software users, and managing business documentation. Additionally, Emanuel served as a Business Analyst for MES Software at Grupo Lusiaves from October 2021 to February 2023, focusing on MES configuration and professional training for users. Earlier experience includes a position as Quality Director at FMPS from September 2017 to October 2021, overseeing the Quality Management System aligned with ISO 9001:2015, and managing supply chain operations. Emanuel holds a Master’s degree in Business Management from Polytechnic of Leiria and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Instituto Superior de Engenharia de Coimbra.
