Tom Te Boekhorst

Tom te Boekhorst is a skilled engineer with extensive experience in mechanical and thermal design. Currently serving as Lead Engineer at Tuinte | smart industrial solutions since June 2023, Tom has previously held roles as Senior Mechanical Engineer at Solmates B.V. from August 2015 to June 2023, and Senior Engineer at Tegema from December 2010 to July 2015, focusing on finite element calculations related to temperature, flow, humidity, stiffness, strength, and natural frequency for clients such as VDL-Bus & Coach and ASML. Prior to that, Tom worked at Sensata Technologies as a Design Engineer, managing test programs and developing pressure sensors for the automotive industry. Tom's career began at Thales as a Thermal Design Engineer, where the focus was on thermal management and CFD analysis of radar systems. Tom holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Technische Hogeschool Enschede.
