Alex Thomas has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. They began their career as a volunteer at Amnesty International in 2004 before moving on to roles in various organizations. They worked as a Trusts Coordinator and later as a Development Executive at Help the Aged from February 2008 to October 2011. In 2011, they joined Age UK as a Trusts Manager and remained in that role until April 2014. Following that, they served as the Trusts and Foundations Manager at Kids Company from April 2014 to August 2015. In September 2015, they became the Grants and Bids Manager at Community Drug and Alcohol Recovery Services (CDARS). Lastly, in January 2015, they co-founded Tuk Tuk Chai.
