Radhika Kapur

Radhika Kapur is an experienced professional currently serving as the EMEA GSI Partnerships Leader at Confluent since November 2023, where the focus is on data streaming solutions. Additionally, Radhika holds a position as a Board Trustee for the Rose Theatre under the Kingston Theatre Trust and serves as an investor and advisor for multiple organizations, including JetLearn, eDRV, and Tuktu Care Inc. Previously, Radhika worked as Director of EMEA Partners & Alliances at Alteryx, contributing to the digital transformation of professional services firms, and held director roles at KPMG UK LLP and Wates Group. Radhika's educational background includes an MBA in General Management from INSEAD, a BSc in Industrial & Systems Engineering from Virginia Tech, and HSc in Science from St. Xavier's College.
