María Liliana Pontón Zuluaga

María Liliana Pontón Zuluaga has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. María Liliana is currently the Head of People for Tul in Colombia since November 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Pernod Ricard as the Talent & Administration Manager for the Andean Region from July 2018 to November 2022.

Before that, María worked at Biomax Colombia as the Director of Human and Organizational Management from October 2017 to July 2018. María Liliana also gained experience at Michael Page as a Consultant in the Sales & Marketing Division from April 2017 to September 2017.

María Liliana also had significant roles at Jerónimo Martins as a Recruitment Specialist from September 2016 to March 2017, and at Quala S.A. as a Senior Human Management Consultant from October 2014 to August 2016.

María Liliana started their career as a Practicing Psychologist, working at Hospital Universitario San Ignacio - Centro Javeriano de Oncología - Consultores en Psicología, Fedegan FNG, and Hogar Sagrado Corazón - Usaquén in various roles from 2010 to 2012.

María Liliana Pontón Zuluaga attended Pontificia Universidad Javeriana from 2006 to 2012, where they obtained a degree in Psychology.
