Tekla Rurua

Tekla Rurua is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in managing human resources across various organizations. Currently serving as HR Manager at TulaCo since August 2020, Tekla has played a pivotal role in establishing the TulaCo Armenia office, overseeing recruitment, onboarding, employee performance reviews, and developing HR policies. Prior to this, Tekla held positions including HR Generalist at SMART Business, HR Administrator at Europebet, and HR Manager at PSP Pharmacy, gaining expertise in employee relations, organizational procedures, and performance management. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Tbilisi State University and a Master of Business Administration from Ilia State University, complemented by internships at NATO-Georgia Professional Development Programme and Georgian Post.
