Angela James

Angela James, LPC-S, LPC, M.Ed., is a seasoned therapist, coach, and educational consultant with extensive experience in the field of counseling and disability services. Since May 2014, Angela has operated Angela James LPC LLC and has served as the Assistant Director at the Goldman Center for Student Accessibility at Tulane University since January 2020. From January 2008 to January 2020, Angela held various leadership roles at Southeastern Louisiana University, including Director of Disability Services and Interim Director of Student Engagement. Angela has also contributed to academia as a guest lecturer at the University of Malta and as an instructor in freshman academic success courses. Angela holds a Master’s degree in Counselor Education from Southeastern Louisiana University and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Counselor Education at the University of New Orleans.
