Jeff Yarvis

Jeff Yarvis, Ph.D., LCSW, BCD, is a seasoned academic and professional in social work with extensive experience in various educational and consulting roles. Currently serving as a Senior Professor of Practice and Curriculum Developer at Tulane University, Jeff has received the 2022 Outstanding DSW Faculty Award and contributes to the development of trauma-related curricula. As Principal and Owner of Victory Leadership Consulting, LLC, Jeff provides expert consulting services in healthcare and non-profit sectors, including work with the Veterans Health Administration. With adjunct positions at multiple universities, including Fordham University and the University of Texas Health Science Center San Antonio, Jeff teaches advanced clinical practice, military social work, and leadership courses. Jeff's educational background includes a Ph.D. in Social Work from the University of Georgia, along with multiple advanced degrees in social work, executive leadership, military studies, and education. Additionally, Jeff's consulting work includes serving as an Executive Leader Coach at rockITdata and has included international lecturing on military social work.
