Joel Thomas

Joel Thomas serves as the CEO of SPIN Global, a public benefit company focused on mitigating the impacts of disasters through compassionate interventions. In addition to this role, Joel is an adjunct faculty member and senior fellow at Tulane University where a course on the Economics of Disaster Recovery is taught. Previous experience includes ownership of Pour Taproom, recognized as the world's largest self-pour bar, and consulting at G&H International Services, where several noteworthy national projects were implemented. Joel's early career includes positions such as Community Director at The George Washington University and Project Manager at Eagles' Wings.
