Sandy Navarro

Sandy Navarro, MPA, is currently the Unit Manager at Tulare County Health & Human Services Agency. Prior to this role, Navarro has worked as a Public Health Program Coordinator and Case Manager at various organizations, including Mental Health Systems and Yulare Youth Service. Navarro holds a Master of Public Administration degree from University of Phoenix, along with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration.
