Jeffrey Miller

Jeffrey Miller has extensive experience in the legal field. Jeffrey recently joined US Innovative Technology as the General Counsel in June 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel at Tulco, LLC from October 2021. Jeffrey also served as the Senior Vice President at Tulco from September 2017 to October 2021. Before joining Tulco, Jeffrey was the Senior Vice President - Corporate Counsel at Legendary Entertainment from May 2014 to September 2017. Their early career includes working as an Associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP & Affiliates from October 2009 to April 2014, and as a Summer Associate at the same firm from May 2008 to August 2008. Jeffrey began their professional journey as a Legal Intern at the U.S. Department of Justice from May 2007 to August 2007.

Jeffrey Miller attended UCLA from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Math and Economics. Following this, they enrolled at Columbia Law School from 2006 to 2009, completing their Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.
