Dr. Damir Hrnjadovic

Dr. Damir Hrnjadovic has extensive work experience in various roles and organizations.

From 2022, they have been working at Tulip Interfaces as the Leader Channel Program EMEA. Prior to that, in 2021, they worked as a consultant at dh:consulting.

From 2019 to 2021, Dr. Hrnjadovic worked at DMG MORI AKTIENGESELLSCHAFT as the Managing Director of DMG MORI Digital GmbH, where they led a team of over 150 employees. Dr. Damir also served as a Project Manager for Digitization, overseeing the implementation of digitization projects for manufacturing companies.

In 2019, they were an external lecturer at the University of Paderborn.

In 2018, Dr. Hrnjadovic co-founded and served as the CEO of studygood UG (haftungsbeschränkt). Dr. Damir also attended the Founders Academy at Founders Foundation gGmbH, where they gained practical training in start-up founding.

Prior to that, from 2013 to 2018, they worked as a Research Associate and PhD Candidate in Operations Management and Controlling at the University of Paderborn.

Dr. Damir has also won the Founders Hack 2018 competition at Hinterland of Things.

In 2009, they worked as a self-employed Junior Marketing Consultant at Bi.Gastro & Event GmbH.

Additionally, Dr. Hrnjadovic has interned at DMG MORI AKTIENGESELLSCHAFT in 2010.

Dr. Damir Hrnjadovic's education history begins with their General University Entrance Qualification, obtained at Helmholtz Gymnasium. Dr. Damir then went on to attend Paderborn University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Industrial Engineering and Management from 2007 to 2012. Following their undergraduate degree, they completed a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Industrial Engineering and Management at Paderborn University from 2012 to 2013. Continuing their academic journey, Dr. Hrnjadovic achieved a Doctor of Philosophy (Dr. rer. pol.) in Business Administration, specializing in Production Management and Controlling, from Paderborn University between 2013 and 2018. Additionally, they obtained the Tulip Essentials Certification from Tulip Interfaces in December 2022.
