Laurent Vernerey

Laurent Vernerey is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple industries, particularly in technology and energy sectors. Currently serving as Chairman of the Board at Novolyze and as an investor and board member at TESC Innovation, Vernerey is also a member of the Board of Directors at Tulip.co and the CEO & Founder of LeaderSkills Unlimited. Previous positions include President of Acuity Technology Group at Acuity Brands and CEO of North America at Schneider Electric, where responsibilities included overseeing P&L for the North American region. Vernerey held significant roles at Schneider Electric and its predecessor companies, managing large-scale operations and driving growth through strategic acquisitions. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Duke University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Burgundy School of Business.
