Tomi Druyan

Tomi Druyan is an experienced operations professional currently serving as the Global Operations Lead at Tulip Interfaces since October 2021, where previous roles included Operations Lead and Operations Manager. Prior experience includes working as an Associate in Social Impact at Generation Capital from 2018 to 2020, overseeing personal philanthropy for clients. Tomi also held positions at MaRS Discovery District as an Associate in Health Venture Services, managing operations and events across healthcare startups, and coordinated business and partnering outreach at Harvard University. Early career experience includes serving as Director of Operations at Tomitoot Productions Ltd., managing business and production activities across international offices. Tomi holds a Master of Science in Project Management and a Bachelor of Science in Leadership and Business from Northeastern University, along with a Diploma in Special Event Planning from George Brown College.
