Marco O. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Marco began their career as a Recruiter at ATS Reliance in 2003 and then moved on to work as a Staffing Specialist at AMD. In 2005, they joined Telus Mobility as a Recruiter. Marco then transitioned into a managerial role at CIBC, where they worked as the Manager of Contact Centre Resourcing. Following this, they joined The Hospital for Sick Children as the Manager of Recruitment & Onboarding, overseeing the recruitment and onboarding function for the organization.
