Krista Perchikovsky

Krista Perchikovsky is the current Head of Employee Success at Threekit. Krista has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, with 17 of those years at NAV CANADA. Krista has a proven track record in leading HR initiatives in areas such as recruitment, onboarding, compensation and benefits, employee relations, talent development, performance management, health and wellness, diversity and inclusion, and employee engagement.

In their previous role as Vice President of Employee Success at Threekit Visual Commerce, Krista was responsible for the team that implemented HR initiatives globally. Krista also served as the primary point of contact for all Ottawa-based HR matters. Krista was instrumental in developing and growing the Threekit team in Ottawa, ensuring that local needs were met and aligned with the company’s global strategy.

Krista’s experience in managing key program portfolios – such as the CEO Leadership Forum, Pinnacle Leadership Development, Succession Management, and Top 100 Employer – has been crucial in their current role as Head of Employee Success. Krista is also responsible for managing the Awards portfolio, which includes the annual Achievement Awards, Scholarship Program, and Years of Service and Retirement.

Under Krista’s leadership, Threekit has seen a marked improvement in employee satisfaction and retention rates. Krista is passionate about their work and committed to helping Threekit employees reach their full potential.

Krista Perchikovsky has a Bachelor of Arts from Carleton University in Art History, which they received in 2000. Krista also has a Strategic Human Resources Leadership Certificate from Cornell University and is a Mental Health First Aid Responder from the Mental Health Commission of Canada. In addition, they are certified in CMP (Prosci) from Prosci and EQ-I 2.0 / EQ 360 Certification Program from Multi-Health Systems Inc. (MHS). Krista also has a Herrmann HBDI Certification from Herrmann International and The Non-Executive Profilor Certification Workshop from PDI Ninth House, a Korn/Ferry Company. Finally, they are Joint Health & Safety Committee Certified - Part 1 & Part 2 from OSG.
