Marisa Harnock Costa, CHRP, is an experienced Human Resources professional with a demonstrated history of working in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Employee Success Manager at Tulip since March 2019, Marisa has also held positions within the company such as Employee Success Business Partner and Employee Success Coordinator. Prior experience includes working as a Human Resources Assistant at Septodont and various customer service roles at TD, including Customer Relations Coordinator and Customer Service Representative. Additionally, Marisa has leadership experience as Team Lead in Membership Services at YMCAs of Cambridge & Kitchener-Waterloo. Marisa's career began with a role as a Horticulturist for the City of Kitchener, complemented by supervisory experience at Shoppers Drug Mart. Marisa holds a Certificate in Human Resources from Conestoga College and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Goodman School of Business at Brock University.
