Sushmitha Kuchibhotla

Sushmitha Kuchibhotla is a dedicated HR professional with extensive experience in employee success and human resources management. Currently serving as a Senior Manager in the Employee Success Organisation at ValueLabs since April 2018, Sushmitha has held various roles within the company, including Manager and Assistant Manager. Prior to ValueLabs, Sushmitha worked at Spandana Sphoorty Financial Limited as an Assistant Manager in corporate HR, focusing on campus recruitment and onboarding processes. Sushmitha also completed an internship at ValueLabs, where the focus was on HR business partner activities in the employee life-cycle. Sushmitha holds a PGDM in Human Resources Management and Marketing from VJIM Hyderabad and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Parvathaneni Brahmayya Siddhartha College of Arts & Science.
