Douglas McClymont

Douglas McClymont is an experienced Principal Geophysicist with a robust background in geophysics and exploration. Currently with Tullow Oil since July 2007, Douglas has led geophysics disciplines for significant assets such as Jubilee and TEN in Ghana, focusing on 3D seismic reservoir characterization and developing digital strategies to enhance subsurface efficiency. Previous roles include leading geophysics in East Africa, contributing to exploration and appraisal in regions including French Guiana and Uruguay, and participating in projects across the Southern North Sea. Douglas holds an MSc in Basin Evolution & Dynamics from Royal Holloway, University of London, and a BSc (hons) in Geology from the University of St Andrews.
