Natasha Hendrick Am

Natasha Hendrick AM is an experienced geophysicist currently serving as Development Geoscience Manager and Principal Geophysicist at Santos Ltd since January 2019, where responsibilities include management of production, development, and appraisal projects across Western Australia, Northern Territory, and Timor-Leste, alongside leading geophysical studies for carbon capture and storage projects. As a co-founder and STEMMINIST at b.bold Group since July 2021, Natasha promotes innovation and digital transformation in the subsurface domain. Natasha's previous roles at Santos included Chief Geophysicist and Team Leader for the Carnarvon Exploration Team, with a focus on asset management and seismic interpretation. Prior experience includes Global Operations Manager and Principal Geophysicist at DownUnder GeoSolutions and a Senior Research Geophysicist position at PGS. Natasha holds a PhD in Geophysics from The University of Queensland, a Grad Certificate in Psychology of Business & Management from Curtin University, and a Certificate of Change Leadership from Cornell University.
