Mariana Aguirre has extensive experience in both entrepreneurship and compliance within the nutritional and organic product sectors. Since August 2020, Mariana has served as the proprietor of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store dedicated to organic body care products. Concurrently, since January 2016, Mariana holds the role of Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. Previously, Mariana owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019 and worked as a nutritionist at a private practice from February 2016 to 2019. Additionally, from August 2016 to August 2017, Mariana was a university lecturer teaching applied mathematics for nutrition and the history of food. Educational credentials include a degree in Nutrition and Well-being from Universidad del Centro de México and a diploma in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Anahuac Online.
