Dawn Officer

Dawn Officer has a strong background in finance and accounting. Dawn currently holds the position of Chief Financial Officer at Tulsa City-County Library since February 2023. Before this role, they were the Controller at the same organization from August 2019 to February 2023. Dawn also worked at 12&12 Inc as a Director of Finance from January 2016 to August 2019, and as an Electronic Health Records Implementation Administrator from January 2015 to January 2016. Prior to that, they were the Controller at 12 & 12 Inc from January 2007 to January 2015. Dawn began their career as an Accounting Assistant at Community Action Project from September 2006 to January 2007.

Dawn Officer obtained a Master of Accounting and Financial Management degree from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, where they studied Finance and Financial Management Services from 2008 to 2010. Dawn also pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix between 2010 and 2012.
