Pete Regan is a seasoned attorney and strategic leader with extensive experience in various roles, including Regent at Tulsa Community College since April 2023, and Director of Strategy at WSB since October 2021. Regan has served as Congressional Liaison and Executive Director for the Domestic Energy Producers Alliance (DEPA) since January 2014 and as a Board Member for INCOG since January 2019. As Chairman and Attorney at Law for Devonshire Law since 2006, Regan has also held significant positions such as Principal at Omega Capital Management, LLC, Commissioner at the Oklahoma Department of Transportation from 2009 to 2018, and Board Director at the Grand River Dam Authority from 2007 to 2009.
