Peter Regan

Pete Regan is a seasoned attorney and strategic leader with extensive experience in various roles, including Regent at Tulsa Community College since April 2023, and Director of Strategy at WSB since October 2021. Regan has served as Congressional Liaison and Executive Director for the Domestic Energy Producers Alliance (DEPA) since January 2014 and as a Board Member for INCOG since January 2019. As Chairman and Attorney at Law for Devonshire Law since 2006, Regan has also held significant positions such as Principal at Omega Capital Management, LLC, Commissioner at the Oklahoma Department of Transportation from 2009 to 2018, and Board Director at the Grand River Dam Authority from 2007 to 2009. Previous roles include Of Counsel at Riggs Abney Neal Turpen Orbison & Lewis Law Firm, and Chief of Staff for U.S. Congressman Daniel Boren from January 2005 to January 2006. Pete Regan holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Oklahoma College of Law and a Masters in Political Science with emphasis in Urban Affairs from the University of Central Oklahoma, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the same institution.
