Megan Blackford

Megan Blackford, MBA, has extensive experience in financial administration and procurement, currently serving as Financial Administrator and Assistant Director of Procurement at Tulsa County since July 2017. Previously, Megan worked at Hilti for over 14 years, where roles included Purchase to Pay Lead, Senior Accountant, Financial Business Analyst, and Assistant Manager of Credit Operations.
