Leslie Carroll

Leslie Carroll is a seasoned professional in community health and quality improvement, currently serving as the Associate Director of the Office of Community Health and Quality Improvement at the Tulsa Health Department since February 2014. Prior roles include Director of the Center for Community Health and Resource Development Coordinator at the same organization. Leslie has experience in sponsored projects from tenure as Sponsored Projects Coordinator at the University of Oklahoma from January 2012 to January 2014, and held the position of Senior Project Manager at The University of Tulsa from May 2005 to January 2012.
