Steve Boyes

Steve Boyes is a Police Captain at the City of Tulsa since July 1996, where Steve supervises first line supervisors and field officers. Steve also serves as a Lieutenant in various divisions such as Field Operations and Detective Division. In addition to their law enforcement roles, Steve is also the Chair of the Board of Directors at Counseling & Recovery Services of Oklahoma and serves as President of Victory Holdings, LLC. Steve holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Arkansas.
