Balaji Sundareshan

Balaji Sundareshan is a Machine Learning Engineer at TuMeke Ergonomics since June 2023, previously serving as a Graduate Research Assistant at Northeastern University from September 2021 to May 2023 in the Robust Systems Lab under Prof. Octavia Camps. Balaji has extensive experience in computer vision, having interned as a Research Intern at Motional, where techniques for 3D object detection were developed, and as a Lead Research Engineer at edgetensor, where real-time object detection and tracking were implemented. Academic work includes contributions to computer vision modules for self-driving cars at the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, alongside innovative projects involving robotics and advanced object detection techniques. Balaji holds a Master of Science in Computer Vision, Machine Learning, and Algorithms from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Technology in Physics with a minor in Robotics from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
