Stefan Herrmann

Stefan Herrmann is a media professional with extensive experience in journalism, editing, and education. As Co-Founder and Editor In Chief at RAPPORT Media GmbH since February 2019, Stefan has played a pivotal role in the organization. Additionally, Stefan serves as a Workshop Leader in Film at Tumo Center for Creative Technologies and as a Lecturer in a short-term film project at Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin, both since 2020 and 2017, respectively. An independent journalist since 2008, Stefan previously held the position of Editor in Chief at mc Group: World of ideas until early 2019 and worked as a Video Journalist and Editor at Hamburg 1 Fernsehen from 2006 to 2008. Education includes a Higher National Diploma in Media Practice and Media Science from the University of Tübingen and a Bachelor of Arts in Film and Television Studies from Aberystwyth University.
