Ahmad Ridzuan Dzulkarnain

Ahmad Ridzuan Dzulkarnain has over 20 years of experience in the architectural and real estate industry. Ahmad Ridzuan has held various senior roles in prestigious companies such as the Tun Razak Exchange and MCT Berhad. At Tun Razak Exchange, they were involved in master planning the first financial district in Kuala Lumpur, overseeing the development, design, coordination, and maintenance stages. Ahmad Ridzuan also successfully managed the re-masterplan of the TRX southern district and obtained overall planning approval. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Project Manager at AECOM, where they led a team and ensured project delivery within time, cost, and quality targets. Ahmad Ridzuan was also responsible for managing consultants and contractors, design processes, and value engineering exercises. Ahmad Ridzuan Dzulkarnain's earlier experience includes roles as Manager (Development, Planning and Design) at KLCC Group of Companies and Chartered Architect at Hamiltons International and Chetwoods. Overall, they have a strong background in project management, design coordination, and stakeholder management.

Ahmad Ridzuan Dzulkarnain's educational history includes obtaining a Diploma in Architecture (RIBA Part 2) and a Bachelor of Arts - BA (RIBA Part 1) from the University of Nottingham. Ahmad Ridzuan also completed their Master of Architecture - MArch and RIBA Part 3 at the University of Nottingham. Prior to their university education, they attended Concord College for their A Levels and Victoria Institution, Kuala Lumpur, where they obtained their SPM. Additionally, they hold certifications as a UK Registered Architect from the Architects Registration Board and RIBA Part 3 from RIBA.
