Franz X. held various positions during their tenure, including being the Head of IT-Applications & Services from January 2007 to November 2016, Head of the I&C Department from January 2000 to December 2006, Deputy Head of the IT Department in 1999, and Administrator of Datanetworks, Security, and Information Systems in 1998.
From 1985 to 1990, Franz X. Pöschl attended Ostbayerische Technische Hochschule Regensburg and studied mechanical engineering. No degree is specified.
