Alison Ball has over 30 years of experience in the music industry. Alison began their career in 1990 as a Manager and Director of A&R at EMI Music. In 1992, they moved to RCA Records as a Senior Director of A&R. In 1995, they joined Warner Bros. Records as Vice President of Artist and Repetoire. In 2002, they founded and became CEO of Alicat Media, a creative consultant company specializing in music, film, TV and brand development. In 2010, they became a Personality and Blogger for Ali in the Valley. In 2017, they became President of TuneGO, a position they have held since. In 2022, they joined the Board of Directors of the Guitar Center Music Foundation.

Alison Ball received a BA in Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley in 1986. Alison then went on to become a Professional Chef 1 at the Epicurean School-Culinary Arts, specializing in Cooking and Related Culinary Arts, General.
