David Reuss

David Reuss has over twenty-five years of experience in information technology, specializing in Salesforce administration and business analysis across various industries. Currently serving as a Sr. Salesforce Administrator at Tungsten Automation since March 2020, David is involved in vendor evaluation, management, and system configurations. Previous roles include Sr. Business Analyst positions at NPWR Group and Home Franchise Concepts, as well as business analysis at Magento Commerce, Harbor Health Systems, and Merrill Corporation. David holds an AAS degree in Computer Programming from Minnesota State Community and Technical College, with earlier education at Minnesota State University Moorhead. In addition to professional roles, David is the founder and COO of Care Packs For Heroes, Inc., focusing on providing support to deployed military personnel through care packages.
