Melissa Kirk has been working as a Process Support Analyst at Nuance Communications since April 2011. From February 2019 to present, Melissa has been a Process Support Analyst at Kofax, and currently serves as a Team Lead, Technical Support at Tungsten Automation since July 2021. Melissa's role involves enabling change to promote a continuous improvement culture, creating new operational processes, providing operational improvement program training, identifying quality problems, and offering detailed analysis to the Management Team regarding workflow opportunities.
