Nigel Duffy

Nigel Duffy is the Director of Support at Tungsten Automation, where he provides global BPM technical support for customers. Prior to this, he worked at Kofax as the Director of Technical Support and then Senior Technical Support Manager - BPM. Before that, he was the Customer Care Team Lead at Singularity. Nigel studied Computer Science at Queen's University Belfast, where he received a First Class Honors degree.
