Stephen Klancher

Stephen Klancher currently serves as the Lead Technical Support Engineer at Tungsten Automation since January 2024, after extensive experience at Kofax from November 2007 to January 2024, including roles as Lead Technical Support Engineer, Technical Support Manager, and Senior Technical Support Engineer. Notably, Stephen made significant contributions to improving data extraction accuracy for various Kofax Mobile frameworks and developed innovative tools for automatic testing and OCR accuracy estimation. Stephen is recognized as a product expert, actively participating in Kofax's "Ask The Expert" series and training team members. Prior to Kofax, Stephen worked as a Web Developer at ACS, maintaining the OCGov.com website for the Orange County government. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from UC San Diego.
