Diann Ferguson

Diann Ferguson has an extensive work experience spanning over several companies in the IT and sales fields. Diann is currently serving as the Director of Enterprise Sales & Partnerships, NA & LATAM at Tungsten Network. Prior to that, they held the position of Enterprise Sales Director at the same company from 2019 to 2022.

Before joining Tungsten Network, Diann worked as a Sales Director for Robotic Process Automation & Process Discovery/Analytics at OpenConnect Systems Incorporated from 2018 to 2019. Diann also had a previous stint at Tungsten Network as the Director of Business Development from 2014 to 2018, where they played a crucial role in boosting global sales by 600% within 24 months.

Additionally, Diann gained valuable experience at DocuSphere (acquired by Tungsten Network) as a Sales Executive | Sales Engineer in 2014, where they achieved the fastest sales record and set a company record for the fastest sale by any new representative.

Earlier in their career, Diann worked as an Account Executive at Tranztec Solutions from 2011 to 2014, specializing in account management, sales, and marketing for IT products and services. Diann also served as an IT Consultant at Neal Publications from 2006 to 2011, where they defined objectives, established priorities, and developed database applications to fulfill clients' technology needs.

Prior to that, Diann worked as an eMBA Class Coordinator at The University of Notre Dame Mendoza College of Business from 2003 to 2006, an Independent Consultant at Dana Holding Corporation from 1995 to 2001 specializing in Lotus Notes development, and a Workflow Computer Specialist at Egghead Software in 1995, analyzing workflow and facilitating project management.

Diann began their career as a Corporate Sales & Marketing Specialist, specializing in Computer Technology Management, where they analyzed development tools and championed creative marketing initiatives from 1992 to 1995.

Diann Ferguson holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Information Systems from The University of Toledo. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including HIPAA - Security Rule for Business Associates, HIPAA for Non-Medical Employers, HIPAA Privacy Essentials, GDPR and Data Protection in the EU, Global Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Course, and Global Sanctions Course.
