Yana Mateva is a professional with extensive experience in service delivery, procurement, and customer relationship management. Currently serving as a Service Delivery Manager at Tungsten Network since July 2017, Yana previously held the position of Service & Billing Executive at Experian, where responsibilities included customer verification and process improvement. Prior experience includes a role as Procurement Executive at Sembodja Bulgaria Ltd., overseeing international trade operations and contract management for mineral fertilizers and industrial chemicals. Yana began a career in trade representation with the Association of the Children’s Goods Traders in Bulgaria and completed an internship at Nimex Co. Ltd., focusing on sales and logistics for baby products. Yana holds a Master's Degree in International Economic Relations with a specialization in International Business and a Bachelor's Degree in the same field, both from the University of National and World Economy.
