Marian Preston

Marian Preston has over 40 years of work experience, primarily in human resources roles. Marian started their career at Tunnell Consulting, Inc. in 1981 as an Assistant to the President and held various HR positions, including Human Resources Associate and HR Generalist. In 2016, they became an HR Business Partner for Tunnell Government Services. In 2018, Marian was promoted to Director of Human Resources at Tunnell Consulting, where they worked until 2021. Currently, they serve as the Vice President of Business Operations and Employee Retention at Tunnell Government Services, Inc.

Marian Preston completed their bachelor's degree in IT for Business from Immaculata University, where they studied from 2001 to 2007. In 2015, they enrolled in Villanova University to pursue a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Development, which is still ongoing.
