Krista Long

Krista Long has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Krista is currently serving as the Head of Projects and Service Delivery at Tunstall Healthcare (UK) since February 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Chief Operating Officer at Actuate Global from November 2021 to January 2023. From October 2019 to November 2021, they held the position of Group Director of People, Culture & Performance at In Touch Networks.

Before that, Krista served as the Service Centre Director at Civica from August 2016 to October 2019. Krista also worked at RWE npower as the Head of Customer Contact from May 2016 to July 2016 and as the Head of Service Excellence from May 2015 to May 2016.

Earlier in their career, they worked at Celesio Group UK as the National Call Centre & Customer Service Manager from July 2010 to March 2015. Prior to that, they held the role of Client Service Manager at Santander Consumer (UK) plc from November 2009 to July 2010. Krista also worked at Santander Cards UK as the Sales Operations Controller from January 2009 to December 2009.

Krista's career started at GE Consumer Finance, where they served as the Retail Operations Controller from September 2006 to January 2009. Krista also worked at First National as the Service to Sales Leader from March 2004 to September 2006. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong leadership skills and a focus on operational efficiency.

Krista Long completed their education at several institutions. From 2011 to 2012, they studied Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services at The Open University. Prior to that, from 1984 to 1994, they attended Royds Comprehensive and pursued a BTEC Business & Finance qualification. During their time at Royds Comprehensive, they also studied Economics, Sociology, English, Business & Finance, Geography, General Science, and Music. Additionally, Krista obtained a certification as a Thomas International personal profile analysis (PPA) practitioner from Thomas International in March 2021.
