Tiina Zielinski (former Simula)

Tiina Zielinski has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Tiina has held various roles in different companies, showcasing their expertise in human resources, administration, and education. Some of their notable positions include Head of HR and Administration at Oy Tuokko Ltd, HR Specialist and HR Team Lead at Työllisyysrahasto, HR Generalist at HKScan Finland Oy, and HR Manager at Geomatikk Finland Oy. In addition to their HR roles, they have also worked as a Special Education Teacher and Resource Teacher at Espoon kaupunki - City of Espoo and as a Researcher and Program Planning Officer at Helsinki University of Technology. Tiina Zielinski (former Simula) has a diverse education history. Tiina started their education in 1995 at the University of Helsinki and completed a Master of Arts (Education) degree in 2000. During their time at the university, they also pursued minor studies in Organisational Behaviour and Leadership at Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan from 1996 to 1999.

In 2014, Tiina enrolled at Turun yliopisto - University of Turku and studied Teacher Education and Professional Development, Specific Subject Areas until 2015. Then, in 2016, they briefly attended the University of Helsinki, focusing on Special Education and Teaching.

Additionally, Tiina has obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2017, they acquired the Tieturvallisuuskortti 1 from Liikennevirasto / Trafikverket / Finnish Transport Agency and the Työturvallisuuskortti from Työturvallisuuskeskus ry. In 2019, they obtained the Työhyvinvointikortti from Työturvallisuuskeskus ry, the Sympa HR admin user certification from Sympa HR, and the Hygieniapassi from the Finnish Food Authority | Ruokavirasto | Livsmedelsverket. Most recently, in 2021, Tiina completed the Howspace Academy: Essentials program provided by Howspace.
