Robert Simms is an experienced culinary professional with a diverse background in restaurant management and operations. Currently serving as Market Partner at Tupelo Honey since February 2013, Robert has held various roles including General Manager, Operating Partner, Culinary Operations Manager, Corporate Culinary Support Manager, and Executive Chef. Prior experience includes the position of Executive Chef at Larkin's Restaurants and P.F. Chang's China Bistro, and a significant tenure as Executive Chef at Girod's Bistro in the Historic Napoleon House and Lafayette Hilton and Towers. Robert's educational foundation was established at LSU in Lafayette, LA, from 1990 to 1992.
