Noopur Jain

Noopur Jain is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources, specializing in talent acquisition, organizational development, and change management across various regions in Asia Pacific. Currently serving as the Regional Human Resources Director for Tupperware since September 2023, Noopur previously held multiple senior HR roles within Tupperware India from March 2017 to November 2023. Prior to Tupperware, Noopur worked with SWAROVSKI, Samsung Electronics, Accenture, and Willis Towers Watson India, where responsibilities included leading HR strategies, managing employee engagement, and implementing effective HR processes. Noopur holds a Master’s degree in HR and Organization Development from the Delhi School of Economics.
