Harsh Patel

Harsh Patel has a diverse work experience in various roles. Harsh worked as a Senior Business Development Specialist at Turabit LLC since April 2023 and previously held the position of Business Development Specialist at the same company from December 2021 to April 2023. At Turabit, they contributed to the development of AI-powered service smart AI bots that assisted businesses in handling customer and employee requests. Harsh also worked as a Project Analyst at Knovos from February 2021 to November 2021, where they provided solutions for legal information management. Prior to that, they served as a Customer Experience Specialist at Etech Global Services from March 2018 to February 2021, handling customer queries, upselling, cross-selling, and onboarding new clients. Harsh started their career as a Market Research Analyst at aMarketForce from January 2017 to February 2018.

Harsh Patel completed their post-graduation in Business Management from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) from 2019 to 2021.
