ANNE M. BAYZIK, MSHRD, SPHR is a seasoned human resources leader with extensive experience in the baking and manufacturing industries. Currently serving as the Corporate Director of HR & Benefits at Turano Baking Company, ANNE oversees HR functions and benefits for a large workforce spread across multiple facilities. Previous roles include Senior Director of Human Resources at Alpha Baking Co., Inc., where ANNE managed comprehensive HR operations for a sizable organization, and Employee Benefits Account Executive positions with both Presidio and Veritas Risk Services, focusing on strategic benefits planning. ANNE also held key HR positions at Broadwind Energy and other firms early in the career, complemented by a Master's degree in Human Resources Development from Villanova University and a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Communication from North Central College.
