Gared Fisher

Gared Fisher is a Process Improvement Leader at Turbine Surface Technologies, where they achieved accreditation as a Lean Six Sigma Manufacturing Black Belt. They provide leadership to production teams, drive variation reduction within processes, and work on improving Right First Time targets. Gared also has experience as an Advanced NPI/CA Engineer, managing projects for new product introductions. Additionally, they have worked in roles such as Process Development Engineer at Pirelli and Process Engineer Trainee at Synthomer plc. Gared holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Aston University.
