Walter J.R. Buydens is the current CEO at Turbulent. Walter has also held positions at Royal HaskoningDHV, ABO-Group, IHE Delft Institute for Water Education, and ERM.

Walter has over 25 years of experience in the engineering and consultancy industry. Walter has been instrumental in pioneering several companies in Qatar, France, the Netherlands, and Belgium. In their most recent role as CEO of Care For Future, they have led the company to become an industry leader in Belgium.
