Doretha Bailey

Doretha Bailey, MBA, ODCP has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Doretha is currently working as the VP of Human Resources at Turf Masters Brands since December 2022. Prior to this, they founded their own company, DB Executive Solutions, in 2018 and served as the CEO. Doretha has also worked as an Independent HR Consultant since 2014.

Doretha has held various senior HR positions in different organizations. Doretha was the Human Resources Director at LYNX Franchising LLC from August 2021 to December 2022. Before that, they served as the Director of Human Resources at CMP - Pool & Spa Products from February 2020 to May 2021.

Earlier in their career, Doretha worked as the Human Resources Director at World Changers Church International from January 2017 to December 2019. Doretha also served as the Human Resources Manager at Cooperative Baptist Fellowship from August 2014 to January 2017.

Doretha has a military background, having served in the US Army as a Chemical Equipment Repairer/HR Specialist from January 1998 to September 2015. Doretha also worked as the Corporate Employee Benefits Manager at Salient Federal Solutions from July 2011 to October 2013 and as the Manager of Benefits, Compensation, and HRIS at iDirect Technologies from November 2009 to July 2011.

With their extensive experience in HR management and consulting, Doretha brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their current role at Turf Masters Brands.

Doretha Bailey has a Bachelor of Science (B.S) degree in Human Resource Management from Park University, which they obtained between 2004 and 2011. Doretha is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Global Business Management at American Military University, expected to be completed in 2023. Doretha also holds certifications in Organization Development from the Institute of Organization Development and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education. Additionally, they are a member of the SHRM Executive Network, obtained in December 2023.
