Henry Tang

Henry Tang has a diverse range of work experience. Henry is currently the Strategic Director & Co-Founder of Turff, a financial platform for informal accounting in organized groups. Prior to this, they co-founded GratisSchriften.nl, a marketing platform on the cover of free notebooks for students, where they collaborated with multinational companies on product marketing and employer branding campaigns.

Henry has also been involved in various programs and projects, including participating in the Netherlands-Asia Honours Summer School and working as a student consultant for the Dutch Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management. At YES!Delft, they participated in the Validation Lab and served as a tour guide, providing guided tours to representatives from business and government.

Other experiences include working as a student mentor and on the awareness team at Delft University of Technology, serving as the Chief Finance of the Human Power Team Delft & Amsterdam, and working as a freelance tutor in subjects such as Mathematics, Economics, Biology, and Physics at Bijles Centrale. Overall, Henry Tang has shown a strong ability to work in diverse roles and industries.

Henry Tang completed their education in a chronological manner as follows:

From 2009 to 2015, Henry attended the Christiaan Huygens College, where they obtained a degree in Pre-university Secondary Education with a field of study in Nature & Science.

During the same period, from 2009 to 2015, Henry also attended the Fontys Hogeschool Tilburg and obtained a degree in Young Musicians Academy, specializing in Classical Piano.

In 2014, they obtained a certification in Cambridge Advanced English from the University of Cambridge.

In 2015, they obtained a driving license (B) from the CBR.

From 2016 to 2018, Henry attended the Erasmus University Rotterdam as an Electives Student in the ESE, without receiving a specific degree.

In 2016, they also obtained a certification in Emergency Response (BHV) from NIBHV.

From 2015 to 2020, Henry studied at the Delft University of Technology, pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Physics.

In 2019, they attended the Peking University's Summer School program, although the field of study is not specified.
