Linas Jurkauskas

Linas Jurkauskas is a Senior Team Lead at Turing College. Linas has also worked as a Data Scientist, Chief Analyst, and Senior Analyst at Danske Bank. In their role as a Data Scientist, they were responsible for pricing optimization for retail banking interest rate based products. Linas also rebuilt legacy pricing models in python based calculation setup. As Chief Analyst, they were responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of 4 colleagues to steer the project according to long term goals using agile methodology. As Senior Analyst, they were responsible for technical project lead for cash management pricing tool in C&I area. Linas also oversaw the day-to-day activities of 4-5 colleagues to steer the project according to long term goals using agile methodology. Linas also developed tools using Microsoft SQL as a backend and excel (VBA) as a frontend solutions for end users in middle & front offices. Linas also was responsible for database maintenance, optimization. Building & Structuring data towards star schema. Linas also did complex SQL query work to identify, clean and prepare data to get the best value for users.
